The opening of a new development later this month will kick off a strong growth phase for Quest Serviced Apartments in 2014.

Eight new Quest properties will open in 2014 across a range of CBD, suburban and regional locations in Australian and New Zealand including Quest Abbotsford (VIC), King William South (Adelaide CBD), Berrimah (NT), Woolloongabba (QLD), Wellington (New Zealand), Whangarei (New Zealand), Newcastle West (NSW) and Melbourne Airport (VIC).

Quest Abbotsford is a development partnership between Quest Serviced Apartments and the privately owned Salta Properties. The new Quest development is part of Salta Properties’ $1.5 billion Victoria Gardens Precinct, one of the major precincts being developed by Salta Properties across Australia.

Franchisee Paul Murphy recently changed career after more than 30 years in the finance industry.
