Quest Serviced Apartments raise the bar on Sydney accommodation with new CBD franchise

Australia’s largest and most successful serviced apartment operator, Quest, has just opened exclusive Quest World Square in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. The 4.5 star franchise complex is comprised of 72 serviced apartments, spread over eight levels and has taken five years to complete.

Situated on Cunningham Street, it’s close to China Town, Darling Harbour, Hyde Park and the Central Railway System. It’s finding such ideal locations that Paul Constantinou, Quest’s Chairman and Founder, believes is the success of Quest Serviced Apartments, which has over 120 franchise complexes across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. “We choose new locations on the basis of existing or strongly emerging corporate demand, and we are confident that Quest World Square, on the doorstep of Australia’s busiest capital city, will fulfil the needs of international and domestic clients, and in turn be a tremendous success,” said Constantinou.

This is the third venture for franchisees Mark Rondo, Spencer Bailey and Valentin Corchado under the Quest umbrella and they’re already seeing the demand for the new stylish Sydney accommodation. “Already bookings are promising and the team is geared to provide a level of service that is commensurate with the high standards of this beautiful property,” said co-franchisee Rondo.
