Quest rewards its guests in loyalty program

Sarah Stowe

Franchise accommodation chain Quest Serviced Apartments has created a new member recognition program called QClub. Guests need to be identified as regular clients of Quest before they can be asked to join and will then receive a number of benefits at participating Quest properties.

Quest chairman Paul Constantinou said, “We established QClub to recognise the guests who stay with us regularly and provide them with meaningful benefits. The objective is to ensure that QClub members feel like true VIPs when they use their card throughout the Quest network, regardless of whether itÕs at their regular Quest property, or one they havenÕt visited before,” he said.

Members will receive a complimentary newspaper on their first morning, late check-out of 11am when available, and the ability to earn QClub Dollars for their Quest stay. The Dollars can be redeemed on purchases made at Quest or with selected partners, which will include restaurants and attractions close to the properties.

Benefits are directed at business travellers’ needs and can be used whenever they are staying at the majority of QuestÕs 120-plus properties in Australia and New Zealand, which joins the scheme in 2010.
