Quest opens $30 million flagship property

Quest Service Apartments is unveiling its flagship property Quest at Sydney Olympic Park on 29 October. The $30 million venue is the fourth property the company has opened since July.

The chain will expand into a further eight locations across Australia and New Zealand this financial year.

The new 4.5 star property is the second largest in Quest’s portfolio, and includes 140 studio, one, two and three bedroom aparments in Sydney’s geographic heartland.

Paul Constantinou, chairman, said “Sydney Olympic Park presents an ideal market opportunity for your business, it has a solid business base with a workforce of 13,000; there is the vibrant sporting community of athletes, trainers and visitors, and over 6,000 events every year including the NRL and AFL finals, V8 Supercars and major concerts.”

The Sydney Olympic Park Authority Master Plan predicts the area will be home to a daily population of 50,000 worders, students and residents, and will hots 25,000 visitors daily by 2030.
