Quest links Hostec to its training program

Franchisees in the Quest Serviced Apartments network will see the benefits of nationally accredited training programs now that the accommodation franchise business has linked with training organisation, Hostec International.

The partnership is part of Quest’s long term commitment to training across the franchise network and corporate support team, said Paul Constantinou, chairman of Quest.

“With this partnership, we are further expanding and aligning our current learning and development initiatives with accredited hospitality and management qualifications. We believe that our growth strategy and a continuous improvement of the Quest brand is dependent on attracting and retaining talent. We know that a skilled team results in a stronger brand and higher service levels for our guests.”

Staff in the accommodation franchise can now add qualifications in management, sales and marketing, front office and housekeeping to the existing training. Both organisations use the same e-learning platform.
