TapSnap, more than just a photo booth, offers a rewarding solution for social and corporate events. The product suite within the model includes TapSnap Kiosk, Sharing Station, Snap Cast and Social Photographer, as well as a new release of permanent installation solution; TapSnap for Business.

“The brand has enjoyed fantastic success to date and we have worked with some amazing brands to deliver some truly memorable events, including multiple city, coordinated movie premieres, the X Games and the Volvo Ocean Race (11 cities across five continents) to name a few.”

And the business is geared for national growth.

“Our intention is to launch 30 franchise areas across Australia in the next five years, with our initial focus being on the east coast,” said Kelland.

The initial investment of a TapSnap franchise starts from $50,000, inclusive of full training, a TapSnap kiosk and equipment necessary to run events in local communities, and ongoing support from the head office team and global franchise community.

“Our franchisees come from all walks of life, but there is one trait that all successful TapSnap franchisees have in common – their fun and outgoing personalities,” he said.  

“It’s really important that you are a ‘people person’ and are comfortable striking up conversation with strangers.”
