OzSpy tempts potential franchisees with $50,000 discount

As part of its serious expansion plans, electronic security retailer, OzSpy Security Solutions has announced a $50,000 reduction off the establishment costs for a new metropolitan franchise store.

Craig Mitchell, managing director at OzSpy said, “We initially identified that we could start by trimming the cost of our new store fit-out by creating a less labour intensive in-store design. From there we focused on our core stock range and through adding lower cost quality technology products to the range and creating new localised supplier arrangements, we could provide franchisees with the required stock range for less money.”

“It then became obvious that if we also sacrificed a portion of our up-front franchise fee, we could position the overall investment in a significantly lower price bracket, so we decided to bite the bullet and reduce our fee as well. This now puts owning an OzSpy franchise within reach of more potential franchise owners around Australia.”

This announcement follows other recent reforms by the Queensland-based franchise group including a new Approved Products Program and revised product range, centralised purchasing from more local suppliers and a revamped retail website with greater functionality.

With 11 shops nationally, OzSpy is a dealer in CCTV, surveillance equipment, alarm systems and other electronic gadgetry/spy equipment.
