Muffin Break tops coffee shop ratings

The newly revamped Muffin Break has another reason to celebrate – the franchised coffee business has topped Canstar Blue’s customer satisfaction ratings for coffee shop chains.

Muffin Break recorded the highest customer satisfaction in the category, based on the responses of 2500 Australians, 1647 of whom had visited a coffee shop chain in the past six months.

The top performing franchise chain received a five star rating for overall satisfaction as well as for value for money, service, range of menu options available, the loyalty program and consistency across stores.

Canstar Blue’s Rebecca Logan said the franchise network excelled against stiff competition.

“We rated nine Coffee Shop Chains based on the responses of their customers and five of those received at least  one five star rating.

“Muffin Break received  a five star rating in six of the eight categories so it was a fairly convincing win for them and I imagine it would serve as a timely vote of confidence from their customers given their plans for a refresh.”
