Muffin Break scoops coffee shop of the month title again

Muffin Break has topped Roy Morgan’s Customer Satisfaction survey for the second time in a row, taking away the title of Best Coffee Shop of the Month.

In February the brand topped the satisfaction charts and the muffin retailer has maintained its 89 percent satisfaction rating in Roy Morgan’s latest released survey for the month of March 2012.

Muffin Break is now setting its sights on winning the Coffee Shop of the Year award, to be announced by Roy Morgan at the end of its annual survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision-makers.
