Lenard’s Chicken and Love Pollo’s new dual-branded site

Both brands have been operated individually, until now.

“A Lenard’s franchisee has taken on both brands,” said Caldwell.

He said the now dual branded site in Toowoomba already had an existing site “so it was perfect.”

And there will be more opportunities for more dual branded sites in future, as well as growth in Brisbane and Melbourne.

“Six new stores are expected by the end of the financial year,” he added.

Some quick numbers:

  • Upgrade to dual brand: $100,000-$150,000

  • New dual branded site: $400,000-$450,000

  • Love Pollo only: $350,000

  • Lenard’s only: $400,000

Franchisees received four weeks intensive training, two weeks in-store coaching.
