The first Hairhouse Warehouse franchise for Wollongong is set to open on 8 September in the Wollongong Central Shopping Centre with experienced franchisee Lube Markovski, a former national operations manager for Boost Juice Bars, at the helm.

Markovski has extensive experience in the franchising and small business field opening up a Granny Mays franchise in 1990, a Sportsco franchise in 1992 and the Glasshouse Tavern in 1997.

In 2002, Markovski opened his first Boost Juice store in Wollongong and one year later opened a second Boost Juice store in Shellharbour before becoming the national operations manager for the franchise chain.

Markovski now owns and operates Nosh CafŽ in Wollongong Central. He decided to open a Hairhouse Warehouse because he admired the companyÕs commitment to its franchisees and wanted to diversify his work life.

“Hairhouse Warehouse is a great brand, with great people behind it. I think Wollongong is an ideal location to spread the companyÕs brand, because there is such a strong need for something like this in the area,” said Markovski, who plans to open a Hairhouse Warehouse in Stockland Shellharbour.
