Sarah Stowe

Increased interest in franchising continues as the recent Melbourne Franchising and Business Opportunities Expo has shown; the expo recorded 3846 visitors over the three days.

Ongoing record attendances across all cities are keeping exhibitors happy. Graham England, Kwik Kopy franchise manager said “What a great weekend! Well done. We were very happy with the number and quality of leads that were generated through the show.”

Fellow exhibitor Ross Voci, operations manager with Feast and Famine, said “We have over 500 leads to work with over the next few weeks which has exceeded our expectations.”

Pre-registration for the Brisbane expo, the final franchising show of the year, has already reached more than 600. Visit the expo at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 12 September, and from 10am to 40pm on Sunday 13 September.

Visitors to the Brisbane Franchising and Business Opportunities Expo can expect to see a wide choice of franchise systems, gain an understanding of the challenges and benefits of franchising in the seminars running over the two days, chat to existing franchisees at the Bootcamp sessions, and gain free advice from legal and business experts.
