Steven Li and Tracy Liu have opened Melbourne's first Gloria Jean's drive-through franchise coffee outletMelbourne has its first drive-through Gloria Jean’s Coffees outlet, thanks to existing franchisees Steven Li and Tracy Liu.

The seasoned franchise partners have been part of the Gloria Jean’s Coffees network for more than six years – they purchased the Airport West Kiosk in 2010, bought the Craigieburn coffee house three years later, and in 2015 sold the first franchise outlet.

Now the pair is opening in Ravenhall, offering locals the convenience of a drive-through location.

The success of three pilot stores saw Gloria Jean’s open its first drive-through franchise model in Queensland, and the first such outlet in New South Wales in 2015.

GJC is owned by parent company Retail Food Group, which includes a coffee division with mobile brands Cafe2 U and The Coffee Guy, as well as household high street names such as Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar, Donut King and Michel’s Patisserie.
