Melbourne based Craig Birchall has just opened his latest Domino’s Pizza venue in the CBD bringing his tally of pizza outlets to eight.

The Flinders Street store was an opportunity too good to miss, Birchall said. “I could instantly see the potential for the business in such a great location. We were already servicing some demand from the city from the Carlton store, so the only risk was whether the demand would grow enough to support a new store.

Birchall’s instinct proved correct. “In its first two weeks the store has proven to be bustling with customers and servicing a wide range of locals and professionals alike,” he said.

Premises in Carlton started Birchall on his path as a pizza franchisee in 2004 and he has since added sites in Essendon, Malvern, Caulfield, St Kilda, Mount Waverly and Flemington.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to grow my business with Domino’s and am already looking for a site in South Melbourne,” he said.
