Kwik KopyÕs Eagle Farm franchise has swooped in to win 2008 Franchise of the Year. Franchisee Sandy Kochelak was presented with the award, along with $5000, by Kwik Kopy managing director David Bell in Brisbane earlier this month.

Bell said of the winning store, “The comments I have received in regard to Eagle FarmÕs selection have been overwhelmingly positive, which confirms our choice is a popular one. The centre is very well regarded by its peers, particularly in Queensland.” Bell added, “In addition to performing strongly across the selection criteria, Sandy also demonstrated an enlightened attitude to her staff.”

Kochelak fought off five other nominated Kwik Kopy stores to win the award, praising her staff for their joint success. “It is always nice to receive recognition such as this, and the award is a tribute to my loyal, capable and hard working staff.”

As well as having a strong relationship with her staff, Kochelak also believes that her rapport with customers underpins the success of her business. “We always make sure that we work closely with existing customers in properly providing the service they require.” She continued, “By enhancing existing relationships you gain a loyal customer base, and by delivering excellent products and services you establish a good business reputation and attract new customers.”
