Domino’s Pizza has acquired the French chain Pizza Sprint, worth $54.15 m. The decision was finalised last night.

“Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited is pleased to advise that the acquisition of Pizza Sprint was completed overnight,” said Domino’s in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.

This will up the pizza chain’s total number of stores in France to 330, alongside Domino’s acquisition of the German pizza business Joey’s Pizza.
