The brand has been in the pizza business for 14 years, specialising in craft pizza.

Todd McGregor, CEO, said New York Slice is open to sites across the country, although the business began in Queensland.

“Our natural affinity has been to grow in our home state of Queensland yet we have had interest from right across the country,” he said.

“We are equally at home in high street locations as well as shopping centre food courts and fast casual dining precincts.”

There’s also been a change to the franchise model.

“Now we are rolling out our “build your own” pizza business model which we simply call Craft Pizza.”

“We continue to offer our famous massive slices and now as well as a few favourite new combinations,” added McGregor.

The initial investment cost of a New York Slice franchise is $150,000 to $195,000, including a turnkey model with network support provided.
