Where next for Gloria Jean’s Coffees? Australian franchisees and support team members from Gloria Jean’s Coffees are discussing the direction for the brand at a three day convention at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove which will also offer franchisees the opportunity to network and learn successful business strategies for the current climate.

Nabi Saleh, executive chairman of Gloria Jean’s Coffees, said “Our convention is not only an excellent opportunity for the Gloria Jean’s Coffees family Australia wide to come together, but is also a time when we can take time to reunite fellowship, share the vision and the journey with our franchise partners for the year ahead.”

A range of prominent speakers and a series of more intimate workshops will tackle topics such as marketing, people management and training.

“In addition to the hands-on workshops, we will give everyone an overview of our growth strategies for the year, and introduce inspirational speakers to build personal and professional confidence in what is to be a season of opportunity,” said Saleh.

Conference attendees and their families will also have the opportunity to enjoy the Gold Coast, with activities such as golf and tennis and all the famous theme parks.
