Cafe2U website to alleviate franchising fears

Sarah Stowe

Mobile coffee franchise, Cafe2U, has launched a new website for both the Australian and UK markets, aiming to alleviate the fears that potential franchisees might have about leaving their career to be their own boss.

The website focuses on promoting the financial rewards and lifestyle changes that come with operating a Cafe2U franchise. It comprises video testimonials of its franchisees, who reflect on everything from the nervous energy of starting a new business to celebrating the changes they’ve seen both their work and personal lives.

“Our people are our business, and we are in the fortunate position of having a franchise that makes its investors happier with their lives. The proof is in the way our franchisees feel about their experiences,” said Cafe2U managing director, Derek Black.

“We held no fear about promoting a more intimate side to the business because our people are satisfied with what they have gained both personally and professionally.”

The franchisees in each state have their own webpage on the site, allowing potential customers to familiarise themselves with the franchisee in their territory before buying a coffee.

It also includes Google maps to help customers locate their local operators. The design and interface of the site have also been developed in a way so as to provide an excellent user experience with a cleaner, fresher and more modern look.
