Mobile coffee franchise, Cafe2U, has launched its 10th new franchise for 2011, located in Alexandria, one of Sydney’s busiest commercial and industrial hubs.

Franchisees Steve and Bianca Petrucci were first introduced to Cafe2U by Bianca’s uncle, who operates the Marrickville franchise.

“My uncle has operated the Marrickville franchise for just over a year, and despite having no previous coffee experience before joining Cafe2U, he has been able to build a fantastic business. Coming from the construction industry, this case study gave me real confidence in the Cafe2U system. When we found out that the Alexandria territory was up for grabs, we decided it was meant to me,” said Bianca.

After being in operation for just over two months, Steve and Bianca are more than happy with their decision and have started to build a friendly and loyal customer base.

“Until now, I thought it was impossible to find a job that hit the trifecta — fun, flexible and financially rewarding. We never thought it was possible to experience so much free time owning a business with the added bonus of a very healthy income,” said Bianca.
