Andrew and Mandy Lynch have been named Cafe2U’s 2010 Franchisee of the Year at the mobile coffee franchise’s second National Leadership Conference held in Queensland’s Gold Coast over the weekend.

The Lynch’s own and operate the Kenwick – Maddington franchise in Western Australia.

“Andrew won the award because he utilises all of the strengths and flexibility of the business brilliantly, he understands his customers as well as the business, adapting products, marketing strategy and sales techniques to suit different people,” said Cafe2U chairman, Andy Simpkin.

Individual state awards were also presented at the conference, with the NSW prize going to Michael Dolahenty from Cromer, who was also the franchise’s 100th franchisee. Other winners included Regency Park franchisee Rob Clark (South Australia), Michelle Harper from Townsville (Queensland) and Oleg Vaksman from Cheltenham (Victoria).
