Better business through point of sale technology for food franchises

Food retail franchises such as SumoSalad, Chatime and ZenQ have turned to point of sale technology business Shift8 to improve the operation of loyalty programs and better utilise their sales data.

Shift8 has created a free loyalty program through point of sale technology is setup and managed for clients. The program is integrated into a client’s sales to accurately identify the most profitable customers, average spend and areas of opportunity.

Clark Wang, general manager for Chatime said “The system can generate professional finance reports based on the sales and pre-load data, the Shift8 team is also willing to help and keep launching new features in the system.”

Heading up Shift8 is managing director Jonothan Britton, who said “We can transfer all of a client’s historical data into the Shift8 system so a client doesn’t need to wait a year to compare year on year or month on month sales, it happens immediately."
