Aussie drive-through is 500th global outlet for Carl’s Jr.

Global burger chain Carl’s Jr. hits a major milestone on 15 September with the opening of its 500th international restaurant, the fourth drive-through location in Queensland.

The Bansal Group is the master franchisee and has this year already opened sites in Redbank Plains, Pimpama and just two weeks ago West Ipswich.

The Bansals expect the new restaurant in Eagleby to equal, or exceed, the record-breaking global openings for the burger giant.

A further 15 outlets are slated for Queensland: Rothwell and Hope Island are scheduled for a pre-Christmas opening, with sites at Slacks Creek, Berrinba, Townsville and Rockhampton in the pipeline for 2019.
