What Scratch? Franchises Hits Record Enquiries from Private Customers
What Scratch? paint scratch repairs franchises have hit their highest record in enquiries from private customers since their launch two years ago.
The automotive franchises have been experiencing an increase enquiry from individuals visiting the What Scratch? website from July to September 2011, with over 2000 customers many asking about car paintwork repairs.
The What Scratch? franchise began through solely servicing automotive dealerships. Eventually, the brand grew from the result of increasing enquiries about their paint scratch repair services.
“A huge 19% of mobile service requests result from people seeing the sign written What Scratch? vans. The more vans, the more enquiries we receive,” says Tammy George, Marketing and Communications Manager of What Scratch?
“A further 11% of enquiries are received by customers referring the What Scratch? service to others. Again, the more jobs we do, the more referrals we receive.”
As the number of private enquiries increased, What Scratch? had expanded their market to help serve these individual customers through the use of their mobile franchises.
With an extensive private customer database, franchisees are able to have the option to market their services to these customers in the future and approach them on a regular basis to help maintain their automotive paint work.
“Before we franchised our business I was just so busy with dealership work that I literally never did individual cars. I actually had to fob people off because I just couldn’t do the work. Franchising our business has increased the number of technicians and we are now in a position to provide the service to the public and it can be quite lucrative!” says What Scratch? Co-Founder, Matt Burke.
What Scratch? paint scratch repair franchises uses sprayless technology in their services, which is safe to use in public or residential places.
“Not only does our system provide a superior result, growth for the future is positive as the Environmental Protection Authority crack down on spray painting outside a purpose built spray booth.” says Dale Burke, What Scratch? Co-Founder.
