Victoria offers new opportunities for Snap-on Tools automotive franchises

As part of a national recruiting drive, Snap-on Tools has announced new opportunities are available for its automotive franchises in Ferntree Gully and Tullamarine, Victoria.

No technical or auto-repair knowledge is necessary to join the network of mobile franchises, with franchisees from all walks of life enjoying the benefits of the flexible Snap-on Tools business model.

With a proven and established brand and solid training programs, franchisees are equipped from the onset with all they need to focus on developing their business, and are able to draw on continued support from head office as required.

When joining the business, new franchisees first accompany one of Snap-on Tool’s established automotive franchises for a ‘ride along’, gaining important first hand experience from franchisees that know what they are doing.

Six days of extensive classroom training follows in Ft. Worth, Texas at the Snap-on University, where franchisees learn about the entire range of tools they will be supplying.

Upon returning to Australia, they then spend two days at the Snap-on Tools corporate office and distribution centre in Sydney.

Once their automotive franchise is up and running, management will work with franchisees for at least the first three weeks of operation, ensuring they are positioned to take full advantage of the business.

Snap-on continues to update its franchisees once their business is established, providing information on the latest products added to the company’s range, offering a dynamic means by which they can enhance the services offered to customers.
