Trampoline Gelato officially opens at Royal Children’s Hospital
Trampoline Gelato has officially opened their latest Melbourne franchise at the new Royal Children’s Hospital.
The ice cream franchise is located in the central hub of the hospital, called ‘Main Street’. The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) offers outstanding paediatric healthcare for children and adolescents that is fun, stimulating and takes healing beyond the beside.
According to Amanda Walton, Trampoline Gelato CEO, the ice cream brand was looking forward to adding some joy to the lives of the young patients.
“Obviously, a visit to hospital can be a daunting experience, especially for children, so it’s hoped our colourful, playful instore experience helps deliver some distraction for young patients and visitors,” said Walton.
“It’s a huge honour to have been selected as part of this project and one of which we are incredibly proud. We look forward to becoming an integral part of the RCH community and creating some joy for patients, visitors and staff wherever we can.”
The desserts franchise features a new instore graphics package with illustrations by Beci Orphin. Trampoline Gelato offers a full range of shakes, cakes, sundaes, take home and real fruit smoothies as well as their popular gelato and sorbet flavours including Spotty Dog, Lamington, Violet Rumble and Open Sesame.
Trampoline Gelato ice cream franchises products are made fresh on site using all natural ingredients and the best milk from local Gippsland farmers. Trampoline Gelato contains around 6% fat, which is far less than the average Australian ice cream that contains a minimum of 10% fat. Trampoline Gelato also offers fresh fruit sorbets that are also dairy free and fat free.
