Thomsons Lawyers support NTT acquisition of 70% of Frontline Systems
Thomsons Lawyers has assisted an acquisition by NTT Communications Corporation, a Japanese global trading firm, of 70% of Frontline Systems Australia, an IT company wityh headquarters in Sydney that employs over 200 people.
“We worked across various disciplines within the firm, including tax, property and employment to support this complex transaction,” Dan Kramer, Partner leading the Thomsons Lawyers team said.
With data centres across Australia, in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide, and also in Singapore, Frontline has forecasted sales revenue of $277M at the end of this financial year.
