The success path of Bargain Wheels Car Rentals franchise as a car hire business
Customers can choose between used and new rental cars provided by the car hire franchise along with satisfactory customer service. The car rental business focuses on customers who seek budget rental cars.
In 1999, John Farren-Price bought Bargain Wheels Car Rentals and merged it with his Ariel and Freeway Car Rentals. John expanded the service to four locations. The brand name of the car rental business became established through aggressive advertisement programmes in interstate newspapers, travel publications and the Yellow Pages.
With a fleet of two hundred vehicles, the car hire franchise felt the necessity to create its own brand name and expand the business further. Hence, the idea of starting a franchise network sprang up and Bargain Wheels Car Rentals changed three of its locations into franchisees. The car rental business has identified over two hundred possible franchise opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. 25.09.2007
