The story of the Sky Blue franchise

The Sky Blue franchise story began in 2000, when a young man, lustfully dared to take his first sip of coffee. Immune to what the "grown ups" said about how he was too young to drink coffee, this young man ordered an "extremely weak latte", yet, not sure what to expect, still went back for more milk as it was too strong.

As time past, his passion for coffee grew. Before he knew it, he truly developed a love for coffee by then beginning to drink espresso short black and macchiato. He found himself being able to differentiate tastes between light, medium and dark roasts, over roasted and under roasted beans, through what is known as the "cupping" process - he could even tell you the country of which the beans came from - all at the age of 17.

Today, this young man has decided to share his passion with the world, hence, the coffee franchise was born.
