The Sleeping Giant’s furniture business gives tips about a good sleep
The Sleeping Giant franchise notes that a bed with adequate comfort, support and space will complement to a good sleep. If a person feels fresh after a sleep, it means that he had a good sleep. The retail business says that 7 1/2 hours is a normal average sleep time, while s newborn baby will require 18 hours of sleep.
As the age increases, the sleep time decreases, says the furniture business. Sleep consists of six stages, in which the first four stages tend to slow down the mind and body and are called ‘quiet sleep’. In the first stage of sleep, the person is on the border of sleep. In the second stage, eyes no longer respond to stimuli. Body functions slow down in the third stage, while the sleeper reaches the deepest level of sleep at the fourth stage.
The fifth stage is referred to as rapid eye movement sleep, in which dreaming occurs. In the sixth stage, a pattern similar to the first four stages occurs. The furniture business suggests five ways to get a better sleep. They include regular exercise, regular sleep hours, cutting down on stimulants, not to sleep either with a full or empty stomach and counting on a deep sleep rather than a long sleep time.
