The Royal Childrens Hospital Good Friday Appeal supported by La Porchetta restaurant franchise

La Porchetta  restaurant franchises are expanding their charitable activities by supporting the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal on its 80th birthday.

A unique fundraising activity held every year in Victoria, the Good Friday Appeal brings people from across the community together to raise funds for the Hospital.

“The Good Friday Appeal is especially close to our hearts,” said La Porchetta CEO, Sara Pantaleo. The charity is close to Sara’s heart as she has had personal experience with the hospital, taking a young family member for chemo every week and later her son to the emergency department.

“The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne is one of the world’s great children’s hospitals and the doctors, nurses and [the] staff there do an extraordinary job of looking after ill children from across the country.”

La Porchetta restaurant franchise has been a long time supporter of children’s charities including the Children First Foundation run by Moira Kelly and SIDS and KIDS Victoria.
