The Malka Group - a leader in Financial Services training

The Malka Group offers education and training for individuals and groups alike. Through 15 years of experience they have designed and delivered Government funded, nationally recognised education qualifications.

Malka is a Registered Training Organisation. As such, they meet the requirements of the VET Quality Framework (VQF).

TMG is the home of financial services education and training. They offer eleven of the latest qualifications for anyone aiming to break into the industry, update skills, or climb the corporate ladder.

Their Financial Services Training Package (FNS10) is made up of 342 unique units of competency and 137 imported units. Also, 51 new FNS10 units have been developed to cover new skill requirements.

Their aim is to better reflect industry job roles as well as meet regulatory requirements. In comparison to the previous structure, these Financial Services Training courses have been greatly modified. For example:

• New qualifications have been developed in banking to reflect emerging specialist pathways
• There is a new credit management Diploma and extensive changes to the Certificate IV to cover emerging licensing for credit providers that will impact across a range of industries.
• The financial markets sector has a new qualification at Certificate IV to cover back office roles.
• There are two additional Diplomas to meet regulatory and legislative requirements in securitisation and anti-money laundering management.
