Darriwill Farm franchising is the licensing segment of the Darriwill Farm group which has been operational in Australia since 1999. The food and beverage franchise also owns and operates a number of company owned stores located in Highton and Hamilton. The retail franchise is headquartered close to the Highton store and uses this outlet for testing and researching its new products and strategies from which the successful are chosen and implemented in the firm’s owned and licensed stores.

The first Darriwill Farm outlet was established at Hamilton in 1999 as retail concept on 100 square feet. The store has now grown into a 400 square metre outlet and has a inbuilt café and restaurant with a seating capacity of 90.

The success of the Hamilton Darriwill Farm outlet resulted in the franchising of operations and the formation of Darriwill Farm franchising. The food and beverage franchise has also developed an efficient franchising system which has been implemented across all its outlets. The giftwares franchise utilises a total retail central management system which includes the functions of stock purchasing, invoicing, management, merchandising, marketing and logistics. By centralising all these functions the food and beverage franchise allows its franchises to concentrate solely on business development and retailing.
