This team of dedicated staff comes to us with a vast array of retail and business experience at both small and multi-national levels. Their role is simply to make your role as the Confectionery and Party Shop franchisee a pleasant and rewarding one.

Every party franchise partner becomes the Confectionery and Party Shop specialist “balloonatic” after undergoing our comprehensive training program. Your training covers areas such as techniques, merchandising, stock control, stock management, marketing, reporting and other skills required to be successful. Your confectionery franchise training does not stop after your initial program as in house and supplier generated training sessions are always available. There is even an event known as “Balloon School” every second year.
