The Coldwell Banker franchise amazing race

In honour of our brand’s 100^th anniversary, the Coldwell Banker franchise is proud to be a supporting sponsor of the Newport Bermuda Centennial Race, a yachting competition organised by the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and the Cruising Club of America.

The real estate franchise will also sponsor an entry in the race, as well as provide an Australian crew member.

Its yacht will be sailed by a core crew of experienced sailors, including our own Greg Hollier as well as the Coldwell Banker franchise professionals from around the world. They will make a substantial personal donation to Habitat for Humanity to gain a crew position. It is expected that the total funds raised for Habitat for Humanity will be enough to build a full home for a deserving family.

Along with its boat, the real estate franchise will have a major presence in race activities including being the present sponsor of both the Official 2006 Bermuda Race Centennial Video and the Horizon Marine iBoat Tracking System to be used for the first time in the 2006 race.
