Q&A with Tanya Lacy, Founding Director The Coaches Consortiuim
Where do you see your franchise in 12 months’ time?
By the end of 2008, we aim to have a hub in each major capital city of Australia and in Auckland, New Zealand.
Why is your sector set for continuing growth?
As the speed of business quickens, interest from businesspeople in a ‘fast track’, ‘heads up’ or a ‘leg up’ that intercepts any obstacles and accelerates their fulfilment, evolves the individual, and resolves business speed humps, is undoubtedly on the increase.
What are you looking for in a star franchisee?
A baseline of solid business experience; common sense; an absolute passion for people, their evolution and the resolution of business issues; an insatiable appetite for learning and development; and a deep understanding of the power of conversation. 23.07.2007
