Stephen Edwards appointed new CEO of Snap

Snap , printing franchises, has announced Stephen Edwards as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Edwards has been part of the Snap printing and copying franchises for more than ten years and is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SFL.

Appointed by the Board of Snap Franchising Australia, Stephen Edwards will be taking current CEO, Grant Vernon’s position at the start of November 2011. Vernon will assist Edwards with the transition up to that date.

According to SFL Chairman, Alan Good, Grant has provided Snap with outstanding leadership and has been a major contributor to the company’s continued growth and success.

“The company is coming off a strong year and has an excellent underlying business which is set to go onwards and upwards thanks to the position Grant leaves it in,” says Good.

“The Board and shareholders of SFL express their sincere thanks to Grant. He has been with SFL for more than ten years and despite challenging market conditions the company has produced sound results during that time.”

The Board has announced that in the next six months Snap will be transitioning its marketing, finance, legal and IT teams, which are currently in Perth, to Sydney where the sales and operation teams are located.
