Snap announces new CEO of 6 Snap franchises
Snap has announced the appointment of Richard Cook as CEO of 6 Snap Franchises, which were formally known as the CBD Print.
These six Snap franchises include locations in NSW’s Pyrmont, Gordon, Westpac Copy Centre, Martin Place, Sydney’s CBD and VIC’s Docklands.
Snap CEO, Stephen Edwards, said Cook had already commenced in the role and replaced Mike Palmer who had stepped down as Managing Director of these six Snap design and printing franchises.
"Richard has an outstanding track record for leadership, demonstrated through his ten years’ experience as Managing Director at a major UK marketing services and consumer products company," said Edwards.
"He transformed that company – Gilt Edge Promotions – transformation through online innovation and a focus on customer service and I can see him fitting in perfectly at these Centres and within the Snap group."
According to Edwards, these six Snap design services franchises were already in a strong position due to the large contribution of their previous outgoing Managing Director, Mike Palmer.
"Mike has left these Centres to pursue other interest but will still have a financial stake in the company," said Edwards.
Snap wishes Mike Palmer the best and welcomes Richard Cook into the new role.
"Richard brings with him enthusiasm and passion – traits valued throughout the Snap network,” said Edwards.
