The furniture franchise offers three levels of assistance based on the scale of customer’s project and their budget such as silver service, gold service and platinum service. The silver service offered by the consultants of Freedom Furniture provides consultation in home or in work place up to two rooms for 100 dollar fee and will be refunded when the customer spends more than 3000 dollars.
The consultants under the gold service facility offered by retail business provide additional second consultation and benefits of silver service up to four rooms for 200 dollar fee.
