The legal franchisee business is a specialist in business law and public notaries.

Schweizer & Co represents various enterprises form Austria, Switzerland, Australia and Germany providing a commercially outstanding realistic legal advice to clients. The legal franchisee business has an interactive retainer agreement that takes care of the basic cost and expense made in resolving the client’s issue. As the information is given by the client the franchise works are performed at an applicable rate made out of the interactive retainer agreement. These rates are made excluding GST, and if it’s to be included 10 per cent will be added.

Once the client information is obtained, a legal advisor at Schweizer & Co takes care of the job and all the information’s regarding the issue are shared mutually. The legal franchisee business does not do any work related to financial advice which includes taxation, GST, CST or any other financial advice. By the basis of the civil liability act, the Schweizer & Co does not act for client in litigation unless the information’s given are satisfied by the lawyers. 28.12.2007
