SANFL/AFL coaching great joins the EFM Health Clubs fitness franchise team

John Cahill, SANFL/AFL coaching great has joined the EFM Health Clubs fitness franchise team as a Franchisee and Fitness Coach at EFM City Gilles St (SA).

Having recently completed his Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness and Master Personal Trainer accreditation at the Australian Institute of Fitness, John took the helm of the existing Gilles St fitness franchise on January 1st 2010.

Matthew Lindblom, Managing Director of the health club franchise network highlighted the significance of having a Franchisee of the caliber of John join the EFM team, “John quite clearly has a very unique ability to bring out the best in others; you don’t get a playing, captaincy and coaching record like John does by accident.”

Mr Lindblom continued to explain that Jack brings a significant background in coaching, aligning extremely well with the EFM Fitness Coaching principals that are used to coach the members towards their health and fitness goals. “I’m sure he’ll get the very best out of each and every member that joins his club,” Mr Lindblom added.

“From a Franchisee perspective, we invited John to speak at our national conference in October. He participated in the conference for the entire three days and our Franchisee group was blown away by his coaching and leadership knowledge and with how willing he was to share his skills with the group. He’s going to be a great asset to our team.”
