Right Time, Right Place for Chocolate Business
After several years of careful planning, Theobroma Chocolate Lounge has begun the roll out of its unique chocolate boutique cafes in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
Retailing expert Ben Tang has teamed up with store-owners George Roinitis and Theo Raciovalis to develop a brilliant retail store and franchise opportunity. Theo and George have a background in architecture and shop fitting. For some years they manufactured chocolates and ran a small chocolate café in Hawthorn, Victoria.
With their combined skills every aspect of the business has been meticulously planned from product menu and ingredients, store layout and merchandising, customer service protocols and franchisee support.
The Theobroma Chocolate Lounge flagship store strategically located in Melbourne’s CBD between Southern Cross Station, DFO factory outlets and the Telstradome, has seen the business hit the ground running and paved the way for chocolate cafe franchise stores at Doncaster, Northland and in Chadstone, Melbourne’s suburbs, 3 stores in Auckland, New Zealand and soon to be 3 stores in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
