Qualifications required to own a Mini Maestros education and training franchise
The Mini Maestros franchise was founded in 1948 with the aim of creating a suitable programme which stimulates and enhances the development of children. The education and training franchise has realised its goals with its innovative music programme which is a combination of the Kodaly methodology and the Orff, Dalcroze and Suzuki theories. The educational singing programme franchise, in 1998, decided to license out its operations to qualified franchisees for easier administration and since then has continued to gradually transform its operations to suit its newly adopted business structure.
Mini Maestros exercises great care in selecting its licensed business partners. Although, all individuals may apply for and operate a franchise, the education and training franchise prefers candidates with music or childhood teaching qualifications.
Mini Maestros also requires its candidates to have good communication skills, musical skills and a good singing voice which will enable the individual to be an effective teacher. Prospective members of the education and training franchise are also expected to enjoy working with children while also being able to relate to adults.
Mini Maestros licensees should also have business skills and a willingness to develop a stable business while also being able to work within the guidelines set by the education and training franchise.
