Professional rental advisory services from the Property Plus franchise
The rental services franchise says that rent needs to be paid in advance at all times as per the residential tenancy agreement. If at any time the tenant is unable to make the rental payment, the Property Plus should be contacted immediately. If neither the payment is made nor the information given then is a Termination Notice will be issued and the Tenancy Tribunal will be contacted for settlement of all dues.
The Property Condition Report, which is a checklist showing the condition of the house at the commencement of the tenancy. A thorough check of each item is needed and the signed document must be handed over to Property Plus within seven days. The rental bond is lodged with the Office of Fair Trading as a security against unpaid rent or any damage to the property.
Property Plus will conduct inspections on the property on a periodic basis. The purpose of these inspections is to report to the owner of the house on the condition of the property and its maintenance.
