Parasol EMT business allows customers return faulty first aid products
Parasol EMT offers customers a 7 day period to return goods. Clients should produce a valid invoice number to the education and training business for returning the goods. To make the return service faster, the customer should have the ready information about customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
If the customer intends to return goods, he must produce them in ‘new’ condition, says the first aid products business. The product must be whole and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Failure to meet the condition may result in delay or denial of refund or credit. The customer will have to bear the shipping charges for returned items. However, in cases of wrong product delivery, Parasol EMT will bear the shipping cost. The safety services provider advises clients to insure products returned by them to avoid loss from any damage.
Parasol EMT will take back goods found to be defective within 30 days from the invoice date, according to the rules outlined in its detailed policy. The education and training business will make refunds or exchange goods after inspecting the returned goods. 22.11.2007Contact Parasol EMT Pty Ltd
