PRD Realty franchise offers various real estate and property services

The PRD Realty franchise was founded in 1976 and offers property related services. The real estate and property business has grown to have over 140 offices all over Australia. The real estate business has affiliate offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

PRD Realty has corporate offices in Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, Sydney and Melbourne and employs about 200 people. The real estate and property business also employs an additional workforce of 1500 through its franchise network. The real estate business has won the prestigious Jaguar Award for International Project Marketing.

PRD Realty has augmented its services by acquiring Nationwide Realty and Asset Realty, which has given it a prominent presence in the Sydney market. The real estate and property business had acquired in 2002 a 50 per cent interest in Washington Land Marketing. PRD Realty can help clients identify potential opportunities; guide and assist in the feasibility and research; provide all pre-marketing and all sales services; and complete the post sales contractual processes.
