Options for the National Recruitment franchise
There are two different National Recruitment franchise options available to suit two different types of aspirants.

National Recruitment franchise 12 month trial option
This National Recruitment franchise option is designed to suit prospective franchisees keen to experience self-employment first hand without the obligation and risk associated with committing all of their financial resources at the inception of the business. It requires a much lower initial investment than a complete recruitment franchise. After 12 months, if exiting is decided as the preferred option, the business services franchise will refund the client establishment fee. Alternatively it is possible to convert to a complete National Recruitment franchise.
Other benefits include the flexibility of a short term (12 month) lease, computer hardware and software rental rather than purchase, and no investment requirement for an office fit-out.
National Recruitment complete franchise
This recruitment franchise will appeal to an experienced self-employed business person with sufficient capital to invest in the franchise and the confidence in their ability to run an independent business. The initial business services franchise fee secures full business ownership, the freedom to sell at any time whilst capitalising on the goodwill generated from the business.
A further benefit is the entitlement to a freeze on royalty payments during the first six months of the National Recruitment franchise.
