Optimum Cleaning training franchisees

All Optimum Cleaning franchise training takes place on the job and, where possible, in the cleaning franchisee’s local area. No cleaning franchise fees are payable during the first week of training, and all proceeds from work completed by the Optimum Cleaning franchisee during training in the franchisee’s exclusive area are theirs.

Training will be conducted by Optimum Cleaning franchise staff who are experts in their particular field. The cleaning franchise has staff who specialise in kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, windows and carpets.

As well as the practical training in move-out and bond cleaning, together with the safe operation of chemicals and equipment, full training of administration procedures will be undertaken to ensure the smooth running of the cleaning franchise. This will include GST, express and internet banking, tax management, invoicing and quotations, debt collection insurances and employment of staff and sub-contractors.

Cleaning franchisees will not be thrown in the deep end and expected to swim, but rather will be taken through the whole Optimum Cleaning franchise system ensuring a smooth transition into the cleaning franchisee’s own area.

During your initial training period, of approximately two weeks you will be introduced to the property managers in your exclusive area and suppliers of goods and services to the Optimum Cleaning franchise.

Training never ceases. The Optimum Cleaning franchise staff will always be available to assist should you come up against problems or experience difficulties in any shape or form. Regular visits by the Optimum Cleaning franchise management team will keep you supported and informed of the bigger picture and will ensure you will always be an important member of a growing team.

Cleaning franchise training will follow a carefully pre-planned program overseen by experienced personnel, designed to get the new franchisee fully operational in their own area as quickly as possible.
