Oporto Chicken hits BRW Fast Franchises List for the 8th Year
For the 8th year in a row, Oporto Chicken franchise has been listed in the BRW Fast Franchises list. The list came out on the 24 Feb 2011. Oporto is one of four brands to earn a place on every BRW Fast Franchises List since its inception.
Oporto Franchising Pty Ltd has proven that sustainable long-term growth is possible. When they first were recorded on the list they had 48 outlets, while now the chicken franchise has more than 130 outlets in Aust, NZ, UK, China and USA.
Jeff Fisher, CEO of Oporto Chicken & Burgers, believes that the secret to building a successful franchise is a willingness to provide high levels of service and support to franchisees.
"Be aware that you need to over invest in support from a very early stage, and try to be selective when granting Franchises. We look for franchisees that bring hands on dedication to their business," he said.
