Why did you choose this mobile car cleaning franchise?
As a result of the worsening water crisis in Queensland, especially in the south east, I could see a need for a quality product that was ecologically friendly. After doing some research I realised NoWet was the correct choice.
What were your expectations when you started?
To gradually build the business over the next two years, increase our market share and to make the NoWet name synonymous with the motor vehicle cleaning industry.
What has been the biggest challenge?
To make my clients aware of the benefits of a NoWet Waterless CarClean and to show them the lasting result of this product. Once shown, they are over the moon with the result and they become a regular.
What are your goals for the next 12 months?
To see continued growth and market penetration and to expand my business, which the NoWet mobile franchise allows me to do without penalty, which is a major reason why I chose this franchise.
What has surprised you about the franchise?
The main surprise has been the interest given to the ecological friendliness and performance of the product by my ever growing client base.
